  Thanks to the uploader for upping this but unfortunately this is incomplete. It cuts off at 29 minutes and 37 seconds part way through some dialogue. I suspect there is at the very least around 6 or 7 minutes missing from this. Any chance of a full upload?

  Hi all, is it acceptable to upload Audible direct ( .aa file). I purchased “Ondesoft Audiobook Converter” to convert the .aa file to .MP3.

  The output is not great. I could be useless at configuring it of the software is shite… not sure which.

  Thanks Guest but this is NOT an mp3 but an exe file so therefore will give it a miss.

  Others beware exe files can install unwanted software and malware on your system. I am in no way saying that ‘Guest’ has posted that link to do that but I never trust links like this.

  Nice of eg1701 to say he’s in no way saying that ‘Guest’ has posted the link to install software and malware, but then cautions everyone to beware of downloading it. “Experts” like eg1701 have stopped a lot of uploaders sharing their stuff here. Nice one matey!

  It can be hard to convert audible files on some platforms but something that pretty much always works is to download the audible manager and play it that way, whilst recording the sound from a sound capture app. It will run in wine under Linux even though it’s a Windoze app, and the quality of the recording is very high, with output being an mp3.

  Nodge is right. The rival site operators are still trying to spread paranoia here and definitely aren’t above doing the things they warn about just to spread fear. Out of work Putinbots.
