Thanks and ya wow what a treat … if not marguerite gavin… who else to read them? I like her and think she is very good… I have heard ALOT worse on some books.. and it is good to stick with one reader… that way words get pronounced the same all threw.. Just a point. And Thank you

I guess not being able to read the book my self makes me thankful that ANYONE would read a book aloud for others to hear …. im far from being a child unable to read the words… so im thankful Hope you all have a enlightening day :)

Im glad I could share this book with all of you. I cant remember what book it was 3 or 4 but the narrator was different and god was she bad she sounded way too cheerful lol. I will share the next book as well. :-)

I like the narrator — there was one book where they used a different person who had a very young sounding voice. Her reading gave the narrative a YA tone. Worse, she mispronounced the names of major characters, which just about drove me nuts, because each time she did it, it pulled me right out of the story.
My problem with this series — which I kind of love anyway — is that I hate Rachel. I never liked her, but in Black Magic Sanction — when she pulled back from that spell during the Fairy attack, putting Jenks’ whole family at massacre, she lost me wholly. Then to give a Fairy permission to live in Jenks garden (he owns it, she doesn’t!)without his knowledge or consent, I couldn’t delude myself that she considered him a person, with rights and responsibilities equal to her own. Since that point, I’ve been rooting for someone to kill her before her astounding narcissism kills her partners. But it’s a testament to Kim Harrison’s writing skills that no matter how contemptible Rachel is, I keep reading to see what she’ll do next. Thanks for the upload — I’m still hooked!
