Cool! I wasn’t really interested until I saw this: “Emma assists the others she stole back from the dead - a pre-med student who jumped off the bridge, a desperate victim determined to solve his own murder, and a frat boy…”
Surprisingly I don’t see very much in any powers genres where the power sorts gets away from them and betrays the wielder. Peter David does that well in Madrox and X-Factor — the Multiple Man where his dupes represent Madrox prime’s separate personality quirks, like insecurity and arrogance and horniness, etc. Best comics EVER. ; )
